About the Authors Leo Pearlstein is the president of Lee & Associates, Inc. in Los Angeles and its home eco- nomics division, Western Research Kitchens. As a long-time friend of Sophie Cubbison, Leo has guided his Research Kitchens for more than fifty years in creating the country's most popular stuffing recipes. Leo is also the author of Celebrity Stew and Recipes of the Stars. He lives in Los Angeles.

Lisa Messinger is the award-winning nationally syndicated cookbook review columnist and food cover story writer for Copley News Service, a long-time newspaper food editor, and former managing editor of the Gayot (Gault Millau)/AOL line of dining books.
